Nice place, but why they have the famous Belgium Pee Boy when there are so many great Italian statues. A bit of whimsy I would guess.

I too have good memories of 4th ave. My mom and I brought in the new year of ’85 at IBT’s, and I really like the street fair in March. It has been quite awhile since I have done that but I hope to do it again.
