A <a href="http://www.phoenixnewtimes.com/2001-01-25/news/dorm-warning/" rel="nofollow">2001 Phoenix New Times article</a> says it was 37 years old at the time that article was written which would put it at 1964. But the <a href="http://www.asu.edu/lib/archives/bldg_data/Building%20Data%20for%20Archives%20page.pdf" rel="nofollow">ASU Campus Buildings Survey from 2007</a> collaborates the September, 1967 completion date (page 32 of the document).
