Shutter Mike Photography

This photograph was taken at a carnival in Gilbert, AZ.  Whenever I see these traveling carnivals set up in a vacant lot or a shopping center parking lot I think of the book Something Wicked This Way Comes by Ray Bradbury.  This particular carnival wasn’t too sinister or mysterious.  But I think the whole vagabond lifestyle of a carnival worker congers up a certain fantasy and  is a bit enticing to a lot of people to some degree.  Plus the lights and colors and activity make for some great photography.
